Advanced Call Scoring, part of the Wonderway Coach suite, has taken a significant step forward. We've supercharged it with the power of automated scorecard completion.

Each completed scorecard now comes with a score out of 100. This number is displayed alongside the rep's performance score, both in the home page with the rep’s other calls, and in the call evaluation itself. It provides an immediate, comprehensive understanding of the call's quality.
