👋 Welcome to the setup guide for integrating Verity with Zoom.

Before proceeding, please ensure that you meet the following prerequisites:

  • You must have an admin account in Zoom
  • You must have an admin account in Verity
  • Your email address in Verity must match your email address in Zoom.

Establish the connection

To integrate Verity with Zoom, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the integration settings page by navigating to Coach/Settings/Integrations.
  2. Click on the "connect Zoom" button to initiate the integration process.
  3. Grant Verity access to your Zoom account when prompted. This access is necessary for Verity to analyze your Zoom recordings effectively.
  4. After granting access, you will be automatically redirected to the integration settings page within Verity.
  5. On the integration settings page, you will have the option to select a scorecard template to be used for analyzing recordings obtained through the Zoom integration.
  6. Choose a suitable scorecard template that aligns with your evaluation criteria and click on it to set it as the default template for Zoom recordings analysis.

Configure Zoom

By following these steps, you will successfully integrate Verity with Zoom and configure the desired scorecard template for analyzing your Zoom meeting recordings.

  1. Visit the Zoom account settings page by going to https://zoom.us/account/setting.
  2. Ensure that Cloud recording is enabled. This option allows Zoom to record and store your meetings in the cloud for later analysis.
  3. Within the Cloud recording settings, enable the following options: "Record audio-only files" and "Record a separate audio file of each participant"
  4. It's important to note that individual users might have the ability to override the global settings. To ensure consistency, follow these additional steps for each user you want to integrate with Verity: Access the user list by visiting https://zoom.us/account/user/, click on the desired user from the list to access their settings, from the settings dropdown, select "Recording", enable the same options mentioned in Point 3.

Your meetings will now be recorded with the necessary settings enabled, allowing Verity to capture, transcribe, and analyze the recordings.

Disconnect Zoom

To disconnect the integration between Verity and Zoom, please follow these steps:

  1. Access the installed apps section in Zoom by visiting.
  2. Scroll through the list of installed apps until you find Verity.
  3. Next to the Verity app, click on the "Remove" button.

By following these steps, you will remove the integration between Verity and Zoom. This will disconnect the two platforms, ensuring that they are no longer linked for call recording and analysis purposes.
